- You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, modify, and display it.
- Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you submit become our property; we may use them without compensation or credit to you.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which you accept by using the Platform.
7. Payments & Subscriptions (if applicable)
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

- THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS
- THAT ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES
YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- richmnz, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.
- Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless richmnz and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your use of the Platform.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms immediately cease.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

15. Miscellaneous
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
